What is Adonai Hardware’s return policy?
In case you receive a product which has any manufacturing fault(s) such as:
· product fitting problem
· accessories are not suitable for the product
· not finished properly
· not the same product as ordered
· not the same finish as ordered
We want you to get your refund as soon as possible. If you find out if the delivered product has one or more above mentioned fault(s). Please follow the steps to return the product(s):
· Inform us about the fault by submitting the Product Returns form within 24 hours from the time you receive the product(s) on AdonaiHardware.com under ‘Service’ section. To complete the Returns Form, you may need information from the order confirmation emailed to you or the packing list enclosed with your order.
· Carefully repack the product in the original packing
· Include a printout of returns form
· Include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order).
· Send the product(s) back to Adonai Hardware within 7 days
· The product(s) must be returned in the same condition you had received them
· Mail all returns to the following address:

· You are required to cover the freight charges
· Please send the product(s) through a reputed courier service which provides tracking service.
· We will send brand new product(s) with no extra cost within 7-15 working days
Please understand we do not accept returns in following instances:
· Products tampered with
· Incidental damage due to misuse of product
· Any damage which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
How do I cancel the order?
You are only allowed to cancel the order before its processing has been started. Your entire order amount will be refunded. No product can be cancelled after it is out from the warehouse for processing.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate the refund after you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order.
It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund back to the source of transaction.
